Been getting about 9 since I've been working from home. It's been nice. Real nice.

Under normal circumstances I get 6-7.

Right at 7 is idea for me.

Anything less than that for more than a few days and I don’t function right cognitively. Anything more than that (outside of being sick) and I feel bad physically.

5.5

ETA: Up at 4. At work by 5:30 (40 minute drive). Off at 4. Home by 4:40ish. In bed around 10, asleep around 10:30.

Working about 60 hours a week.

shite, I didn't train. 6 is my maximum; I usually get about 5. I don't know why, but once I hit 24 or 25, I just couldn't sleep very long.

Same. If I get 7 uninterrupted hours, it's a minor miracle.

8 is the magic number

I wish I could hop out of bed and start working at 5AM. I’d be a millionaire by now. Just can’t make myself do it and not feel like shite all week.

I’m working nights this weekend. Shift is 5-5. Went to sleep about 545 this morning. Woke up about noon. Sometimes I wake up around 1-130.

When I’m working days, I usually go to bed about 9-930 and wake up at 345.

Then on days I’m off and the kids are off school, I set no alarm. I usually sleep from about 11 to 8am

About 3 or 4 because I take a fluid pill and I pee every 4 hours. Once awake I cant get back to sleep so will usually do a 4 or 5 in the morning elliptical workout. I usually take an hour or two afternoon nap though.

Seems the older I get, the less sleep I get, or need. I don't usually get to sleep before midnight most nights and it is a given my bladder will wake me up no later than 3 a.m. to pee.

By the time that's done and I get back to bed I usually can't go right back to sleep and before you know it I'm up around 5:30, or earlier many time and head out to get the paper and make the coffee.

With the kids doing 'distance learning' and I'm working from home, we're waking up about 2 hours later than normal, so lately I've been getting 8-9 hours. On a normal school schedule, 6-8 is the norm.

During normal times I usually go 5 hours a night during the week and sometimes up to 6 on the weekends.

Now I'm about 7 during the week and maybe 8 every once in while on the weekend.

Six to seven hours. Get up between 6:30 and 7 am daily. Hardly ever get to sleep before midnight, even though I get in the bed by 9pm some nights.
