I want to try to train myself to get 6 hours of sleep a night, but I always feel rough as hell if I get less than about 7.5 to where any productivity benefit of the extra awake time is negated by feelings of sluggishness throughout the day. Anybody ever successfully train themselves to get around 6 hours of sleep per night?

shite, I didn't train. 6 is my maximum; I usually get about 5. I don't know why, but once I hit 24 or 25, I just couldn't sleep very long.

Six is perfect for me when I was working. These days it’s just hit or miss when I crash and wake up. I used to get up at 4:30 without an alarm.

Probably 6-7. I need more but being an adult gets in the way of that.

I am always tired.

5 on good nights. I would get more if these goons would stop hating on weeds and legalize it but no they want me to die early from heart complications caused by chronic insomnia. The federal government is trying to kill me.

About 6. Sometimes 6.5. 7 is my sweet spot and 7.5 makes me feel like a superhero.

7 hours during the week. Weekends probably around 5-6 with staying up later and a toddler that's up early regardless of the day.
