He's right. I rarely ever drink milk, but we always have whole milk in the house as I have a 1.5 year old. I'll occasionally take a swig and it's like a milkshake.

You really think health insurance companies would leave money on the table? They’ve charged people more for smoking for decades and (before the government got more involved) charged more for sex, age, etc. but left being fat alone ... they’ve researched it and have chosen not to go down that road.

I didn't even bring it up, just added that I prefer almond milk because regular milk is to sweet for me. And you make this claim about biology blah blah blah, but never bring any evidence.
