I lived across the street from that house about 20 years ago. Nice, older Latino couple lived there with their young adult children. Nice people unlike this murderer.

Yeah this is a nice part of the Heights.

Lots of couples in their 30s and 40s with white collar backgrounds, much like this one.

To use TikTok language, I don’t see how this guy doesn’t unalive himself in the next few months. When you combine his background and the crime he committed, prison is going to be hell for him

I’m angry about how little their assessment went up between 23-24. Fort bend it would have been 10%!

I wonder if that esteemed news source will issue a retraction?

Supposedly he is very accomplished professionally. I can't imagine how their kids lives will be moving forward.

She was very pretty.

I guess the only “silver lining” out of this terrible story is that he didn’t kill the two other children as well. It seems like that happens in cases like this.

shouldn't he be charged with 2 murders? he will have a tough go in prison

He should be. Being in Texas and murdering his pregnant wife, I'd suspect the prosecution will aim for the death penalty in this case, and Texas don't mess around when it comes to death penalties like some other states.

Land value. It's 700k for the lot and 325k for the house.

He probably fell in love with his adventurous side piece and had to get rid of the impediment to their “new life”. Dipshit.

It will be interesting to see if the state seeks the death penalty on this one. Booking says capital murder so I suppose it may be on the table unless he pleads out for life without parole.

I think it is a stone cold lock they seek the death penalty from what has been initially reported
