Shocker, reporting isn’t 100% accurate during an unprecedented pandemic!

Isn't 100% accurate?

They weren't even close.

Overstating confirmed cases by 10 in some cases, not bad for government work.

How many people said to have died from (or with) COVID do you think didn't even have it?

9.4 percent, not 98 percent as in the report.

Same thing.

Anyone who is actively complicit in the lying and fraud stemming from this should be publicly tried for crimes.

Reporting 100% when your actual number is less than 10% is more than an honest mistake.

That's just a small rounding error, right. At least they're in the ballpark.

There is a large range of possibilities between being 100% accurate and being off by a factor of 10.

I initially assumed the 100% accurate rate was because they are required to immediately report all positives but not so with negatives, but it’s looking like this isn’t an overwhelmed reporting system, rather a completely inaccurate and inadequate reporting system at best and a corrupt system at worst

It goes way beyond being wrong.

It's about how wrong you are, how honest you are and the underlying motivations for your mistakes.

Technically they are both numbers so they could win celebrity jeopardy with it

Also in that article

quote:

The report also showed that the Orlando Veteran’s Medical Center had a positivity rate of 76 percent. A spokesperson for the VA told FOX 35 News on Tuesday that this does not reflect their numbers and that the positivity rate for the center is actually 6 percent.
Amos says this is expected and no big deal

Well, unless Alex asked them to answer any letter.

I guess they could still win if they wrote it in Roman numerals, but that's about as likely as the government doing things honestly.

Naw. I think legitimate cases where the cause of death wasnt really covid is prob 5-10%

Now the number of people that had significant underlying issues that would have died from something other than covid in next year or 2 may be 50-75%.

This is beyond ridiculous. I swear these testing companies are being influenced to report inflated numbers. I know of 6 individuals who got in line in Cameron last week and left prior to being tested and were informed they were positive. This is a confirmed fact. The OEP director brought it to LDH's attention and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Exactly.

I mean, if they were off a couple of points, no big deal. However, they went from 98% to 10%! WTF?!?! Why is this happening? Who did you fire over this level of incompetency?

Ben McDonald said the exact same thing.
