How about the fricking ownership of all pro teams tell them to get out of politics or go home.
The very vast majority of us who support pro sports with tickets, etc., don't give one shite about their issues or wokeness.
If the league could/would say screw you, go to work at the sawmill and see if you can make a zillion bucks a year.....

To be fair, it's not like people were supporting the NWSL prior to Rapinoe.
And actually, the USWNT has seen an uptick in ticket sales since the kneeling. That's probably because they were getting better and better, but it just shows you, at least for that sport, the wokeness didn't affect anything one way or the other.

If they're that weak and easily persuaded into doing something they might not want to do they should learn to stand up for themselves before taking a knee for any cause!

I get what you're saying, but it's not like Hope doesn't talk to or isn't friends with current players. This would not be the first time a connected outsider was used to "leak" something that a current team member couldn't say for fear of retribution.

Nowhere in there does it say the whole team was. It only says that she saw Rapinoe bully "players" into it. So I'm not even sure what you're trying to get at.

Or just maybe some of the other players told her where to shove her bullying demands. I hope it comes out that they lost because Rapi-commie pressed all of them to kneel and it divided the team.
