Don't see anything objectionable - just models doing their model thing. Other than both being attractive, it is not overtly suggestive. Heidi has maintained herself so as to still be credible. It isn't at all unusual for models' daughters to follow in their footsteps, e.g., Cindy and Kaia. My wife and daughter walked in mother-daughter runway fashion shows.

First thing, she's 15 and I personally think she's a pretty young woman. Who knows what she'll look like at 18 and beyond, but she's not hideous like you're suggesting.
