My wife’s sister-in-law grew up having a younger sister. But now she has a younger brother.
The “brother” has a wife (actual female). They been together for like 20 years.
I’ve met him(her) a hand full of times and she comes across as a country living simple life Baw.
The funny part is they were raised by their grandparents and the grandma still says frick that and uses the her/she pronouns and her female name. It’s funny as shite
But they all take it in stride and no one seems offended. Even the wife is the he/she laughs at it.

Negative. I'm 45 and have never met anyone claiming to be either of those.

Several years ago, an administrative assistant sent an email to several teams telling us that a guy on the team was transitioning and to respect their pronouns and new name. The guy followed that up with an email to many of us saying he wouldn’t get upset if we called him by his old name or misgendered him and just treat him like we always had. The guy was great to work with in the past and everyone liked him. We both changed teams/jobs and a couple of years went by before I worked with him again. He still used the non-binary name but his voice was much deeper and I think he stopped transitioning. I didn’t dare ask but it seems like he’s back to square one but with a new name.
The second guy is a head case. He has said in office conversation how he is almost 70 years old. Physically, he looks like Danny Devito. He wears jeans and an old tshirt to work every day but also wears a multi-colored wig. He uses a female first name but other than that, there is nothing feminine about him. He uses the Women’s restroom. He’s an HR nightmare so I steer clear.

Jordan Peterson said this a few years ago: " I do feel that trannies in general have a form of mental issues but as a person, most are ok. It's the tranny activists who are the "most aggressive & politically pushy". Never seen one but there are, supposedly, more on the LSU campus.

I literally watched a young girl grow up and ,to the eye, become a man as an adult. Brittany Griner shirt off level with a scruffy beard. Was always tomboyish but factually was attracted to boys at one point. She has a birthed child that is now a teen. Lost touch in the middle where the transition truly began. I know the entire core family. When she was a child(mid 90s) there was never any thought that she'd choose the path she did. Imo, social pressures heavily contributed to the concept and transition, along with obvious mental health issues.

My brother has a step-grandson who is now a "woman"
My brother is like me, and knows it is a mental illness. He just keeps his mouth shut to avoid a huge fight.
This kid is probably 25 now. Genius level IQ like his father. He is about 6"2' with size 13-14 men's feet. The long dresses he likes to wear doesn't fool anyone.
Father: Absolute genius with no common sense. PhD in Computer Sciences from MIT. Makes mid six figures working from home designing and building the latest and greatest computer chips and systems. Now heavily involved in AI.
Mother: Genius level IQ. Sweetest person you could ever hope to meet. MBA from Harvard. Six figure a year executive job.
Both parents are complete liberal loons. Heavily involved in the gay and trans rights movements this kid's whole life. He was one of the kids you saw with his parents at gay rights marches when he was 6 or 8.
Parents divorced. Father remarried to another loony tune liberal. Mother has developed a thing for black dudes. Pretty much all she dates. Every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas we have huge family dinners, and we meet the latest black boyfriend.
The kid never had a chance. His two years younger sister seems to be normal, but is a screaming liberal loon.

Yep. One of my wives coworkers. A woman that lives as a man that goes by Alex. Transitioned sometime in their late 20's. Perfectly cool person and we got along well. Even discussed it with him at one point and he said no one should ever transition until their 20's when they are fully developed.
People can live their life however they want. That said, if anyone ever told me that I must call Alex a man, then we have a problem. Live your life however you want, but no one gets to tell you what you have to think or say.

The left told me I’m a bigot if I don’t indulge the delusions of transgender people so i now also tell anorexic people that they are indeed fat slobs.
