Thanks for posting this. I just watched it and can't for the life of me figure out how someone could think this wasn't a great time. They had iconic music put on by military bands, an amazing fireworks show all across the backdrop, and everyone there was having a great time from the looks of it. How miserable do you have to be to try and find something negative to say about this event? :usa:

No idea on how accurate it is. But for some reason that I find the Old Soft Red with ivory grout to be the best looking, by far, out of all your pictures. Picture 3 (the top, not the outdoor kitchen where it looks smeared) is very close to the color I had at a previous home and really liked it. But I'd still choose the Old Soft Red. I'm probably not helping much .

I went to my local O'Reillys
My wife's highlander wouldn't start last week, and I figured it was the battery due to it throwing headlight malfunction lights the day prior (common known thing). I brought the battery to the O'Reilly's around the corner to have the battery tested since they offer free testing. Big mistake.

The girl at the counter brought the tester out and was having trouble figuring out which battery terminal to put the test leads on. I let her know the positive goes to the postive, and the negative to the negative. She seriously asked me, "Yeah, but how do I know which one is the positive?" After I let her know that the terminals are labeled with a + and -, she hooked it up. All she could tell me was the battery was below 12 volts. No shite, that's why it would't start the vehicle. I asked her if she could tell me if the battery is good or bad, if it had a bad cell, etc., and she said she didn't know how to work the tester like that.

I purchased a battery and went on my way. The battery was the issue and no problems now. From now on, I'll make a drive and go somewhere worth a crap. If you are going to offer crappy service, at least have good prices which they don't. I paid for convenience.

I would only run two, optimally the two that are the furthers apart unless one is ridiculously far away from the pool area. That way you are using a two channel amp and things are much less complicated.
I don't know why I didn't think of that. The 3 speakers are there. 2 speakers face the pool from the back patio, and the third speaker faces the pool from the outdoor kitchen. This is a suggestion I'll seriously consider. I can do all the testing with the multi-meter, so no issues there. Thanks.
We're purchasing a house and we move in next week. They have 3 wired speakers outside for the pool area that are mounted on the house. The speaker wires come into the house at a central location so that's the easy part. I haven't looked to see what the brand/specs are yet so maybe this post is premature, but here goes.

I'd like a receiver that has Wi-Fi so I can control the music with my phone when we're outside by the pool. I'm not looking to break the bank, but I would like some recommendations. What receivers do you think I should look at? Would it need to be a 3 or 4-channel receiver, or is there a way to make a 2-channel receiver work? I have no experience at all with this stuff, so I thought I'd go to my favorite place and ask.

Maybe not the entire Ben Stiller role in Tropic Thunder, but could you imagine Nicolas Cage as Simple Jack?

Sorry my guy. We spelled it “sike”.

Did anyone really ever spell it differently? Retards. It’s even spelled “sike” in song titles now.
I’m a supply chain professor with 23 years of professional supply chain experience. I’d pair it with Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics (no particular order). I may recommend Supply Chain Management over Business Analytics only because many supply chain programs teach some business analytics already, but it is program-specific. It would also depend on his interests.

Don't ever encourage kudzu on your property. Kill it. Kill it as best you can.
It’s a free food plot for me around the pond. The remaining property is mainly a pine thicket until you get to a creek bottom. The kudzu has nowhere else to go, luckily.

Pretty sure deer and dogs dont eat it. All u need to know...
Deer seem to love kudzu in the spring. It’s great to have around.

ETA - crazy downvote considering it is widely known by hunters that kudzu is a good food source for deer. I have plenty of pictures of them eating it on the private land I hunt. I’m not sure if the turkeys are eating it but I’ve seen them in the kudzu.

So when something happens... Austin, Hunter, the kids under the tent... when that happens, and you believe that Karmelo felt terror in that moment such that it rendered his mind incapable that he didn't have time for cool reflection, then sudden passion applies
Maybe this is why he never called Karmelo to the witness stand. He knew this was a losing case, and playing the sudden passion angle could result in a lighter sentence. If Karmelo took the stand during trial, the prosecution would have tore into him and the sudden passion angle might have been thrown out the window.

Have you ever personally met a transgender or non-binary person?

Yes, she's a female that identifies as a male and takes hormones. She has bad facial acne, and she is growing a very thin mustache and beard. I talk to her probably every week or every other week in a professional setting, and it is very easy to see she is struggling with the entire ordeal. Sometimes she wears a dress, and other times she wears more masculine clothes. She is pretty anti-social and seems to have a difficult time fitting in anywhere.

ETA - interesting downvote. Are you mad I called her a she? Be who you want, act however you want (as long as it's legal), but I don't have to live in anyone's fantasy world.

Defense called first witness, Centennial’s coach I believe they said. Defense asked him if he’d ask non school students to leave their tent area and he said no.

I didn't know anything about track culture until this year when my daughter joined her High School track team. I never once saw a different school's athlete sitting under another team's tent, regardless of how close some of the tents were to each other. At some of the meets, the parents and athletes were on the same side of the stadium, and both parents and athletes were under the tents. Once again, no one ever sat under some other team's tents. I hope the jurors understand track culture/etiquette. I wouldn't have known if I didn't start going to the meets this year.

but someone that guest teaches a class or two a semester in a specific subject etc.

If you are talking about teaching an entire course a couple times a semester or over the summer, that would be an adjunct professor/instructor. Usually, colleges have a list of adjunct professor they use, and they rotate through them. Your best bet is to have contacts in the college you are interested in being an adjunct for. But you can find these jobs advertised online sometimes.

If you were talking about guest lecturing a class or two for a course (meaning you aren't the course instructor/professor, just a guest lecturer for a lecture or two), I don't know of anywhere that would pay you for that. Lots of colleges will let you come in have some class time, but once again, you typically have to know the professor of the course in order to do that.
