I remember being younger and someone pointing out really hot girls with average guys. They made the comment that usually the “hot guys” don’t make a move and expect girls to come to them. Well the average guy feels he’s got nothing to lose. What’s the worst that could happen? She says no and for the average guy that’s okay.

Once you get older and mature you realize rejection isn’t world ending and sometimes taking a risk pays off.

I dated and banged a few chicks in my 20s that I once thought would have been out of my league. Once you get to know them you realize they aren't people worth investing in. Mostly their looks are all they have.

I thought she just got probation, or house arrest? Does your boy miss her?

Never considered any woman to be out of my league. Confidence is a powerful aphrodisiac. Once I developed that level of confidence in my mid 20’s, the number of women I wanted and didn’t get were few and far between.

Chick i dated for 4 or so months in law school. She was a smokeshow who i met her first day of law school. Told my friend standing next to me I was going to date her and she laughed at me. 2 months down the road I was.

It never went that far because I had some confidence issues about it. Now i've alleviated those and don't think there are many out of my league. I did 7 years ago for sure

Girlfriend that I had for almost a year in the late 80s was at least physically out of my league. Guys I knew were jealous (but happy for me) and people close to me were worried because they knew it wouldn't last and I was hopelessly committed. I guess I had to learn the hard way; she cheated on me, I ended up stalking her (sort of), I got possessive and jealous, hostile around any guy that paid her any attention. I did everything wrong.

I guess the heartbreak of it was worth it though. She's still even now one of the hottest girls I've ever met. And it's no different for anybody else; she's been a serial dater ever since then. Probably seen more dicks than the bathroom at Grand Central. I'd bet a couple of guys on this board have probably hit it.

Pretty much - until your penis kicks in with its opinion of said chick. The penis has no social slide rule that it goes by.

Leagues exist for a reason... We have the best romantic relationships with the people with whom we're the most compatible in terms of looks, wealth, and upbringing.

The God awful truth is that some people have to settle. It's kind of like a market, and that's why people bust their arse to better themselves
