The picture they used is all white people.

This is a good thing. We can have 3 graduations.

Yeah...they have a degree from Harvard. I'd be pretty pumped too.

What does it say about the state of higher education in our country when our most prestigious university doesn't know the definition of the word "segregation"? Let that sink in for a moment.

MLK Jr. and everyone else who fought for desegregation back in those days would surely love a segregated graduation.
He's really probably rolling over in his grave though.

“Harvard’s institutional foundation is in direct conflict with the needs of black students,” Woods told The Root. “There is a legacy of slavery, epistemic racism and colonization at Harvard, which was an institution founded to train rising imperialist leaders. This is a history that we are reclaiming.”
Are you kidding me? When are we going to stop having this shoved down our throat?

Average Gravy Chambers fan: "Das raciss!"
Average Harvard black graduate: "That is racist."

Similar all-black graduations take place at institutions such as Columbia, Stanford and Temple,
It would be nice seeing this at all universities. A white graduation and a black graduation, oh wait...

Is colonization a bad thing now?

If these kids really want an all black graduation, they should have gone to Southern

As a majority, the black community holds back black people more than anyone else, but they blame it on everyone else.
Eta - and I'm talking about current days.

They make up like 0.003% of Harvard graduates.
Also, you're likely to find some legacy of racism in many places in the U.S., BUT THAT WAS WHAT THEY DID BACK THEN!
You can't reclaim what you never had. From butt naked on a zebra to being allowed to attend Harvard is a pretty big step there ya little ingrate frick.

This is segregation, not like SEGREGATION, you know? I mean, you know, it's different.
