Help!! Pests swarming my house

I walked on my back porch today and was met by thousands and thousands of bugs. They are mosquito size but don’t bite and are hanging on my back porch only. I have no clue what type of bug they are? Cox now caps out your data usage at 1tb and if you go over you get charged a massive amount just like an average cell phone plan. I live with three roommates who all play video games and this is fairly easy for us to go over. Isn't this America? When did internet get a cap? Is this only in the Baton...
