I don't know what my "hardest" class was. Maybe Advanced Anatomy and Physiology or a graduate level stat class
Most interesting was either advanced writing or another one of my English classes. I can't think of the name of the other one. In advanced writing, we just sat in a circle and debated different political topics. The other class I'm thinking of was some literature class.
None of those classes directly relate to my major (Health Information Management and Healthcare Informatics).

Graduate level statistics class at George Washington University.
If you thought the professors for math classes were hard in undergraduate, they actually can get more foreign and more indecipherable.
Imagine listening to a guy mumble for 4 hours a week.
I got an A though and I will not disclose how.

Interesting - History of Jazz, which led to me taking jazz themed English courses (my degree is in English and they had a bunch of focused classes) and becoming a lover of all things rhythm/blues and jazz.
I listen to jazz almost daily now and try to see it live whenever I can (Chorum Hall, tyfys).

Most interesting was Kerry Sauleys (sp) class at LSU. Organizational Behavior and Leadership I think.
Its the only class I still thoroughly remember after 16 years.
I remember thinking the first day, "I can actually use this stuff." And I have during my career. Only class I can say that about.

The higher level English courses are fantastic. Criticism was hands down my favorite, and most challenging. Probably where I got indoctrinated the most with my previous left leaning views that I have since shook off

But everyone chiming in and kinda creating a complete understanding of various texts is awesome. I ended up buddying up with a classmate and we wrote all of our papers in her apartment where we could bounce ideas off each other. We'd sip beer and talk about Faulkner until like 3AM on the regular.

I'll also add my study abroad class was pretty hype. Business and the State: Privatization and Public Private Partnerships.
Dr. Weiner was really really enjoyable. Challenging as hell writing those papers but I really thought that was an awesome class.

The higher level English courses
I took a BS English elective senior year at LSU called something like “Young Adult Literature.” It was taught by some old hippy broad and we read Hunger Games and Harry Potter. Very strange way to end my college career.

combo hardest/most interesting was most history classes at LSU. The history faculty was amazing back in the day. Very high standards for success, and excellent teachers who didn't depend on Grad Assts to do the work.

Hardest: prolly organic chem.
Most interesting: I took a modern literature course on WW2. several classic books covered, but we also got to watch and discuss Rambo, so that was interesting.
Otherwise, I enjoyed one of my elective PoliSci courses on freedom.
I did take some bullshite classes as well though: Golf, companion animal management (several football players in this one
). I should have taken the dairy class.

Accounting major
Hardest: Both tax classes. I hate tax. While there's a tiny bit of theory to it, much of it is just shite made up by Congress. Boring. Only interesting thing was that the 2 profs at NLU that taught consolidations and tax talked crap about each other in class.
Most interesting: Geography electives and all my Econ classes. I loved Rawson that taught Geography as did many of his students and I love to travel. I'm weird and absolutely love Economics. It just makes total sense to me. Moser was one of my favorite professors as well. He always talked about supply and demand of pizza and beer among college students.

I am an Accountant and have been in the field since the late 70's (yes I am old..)
My statistics course in college was grueling and humbling... not just to me but also to everyone that took this course from the professor that taught it... Lets just say he was infamous...

I took this one as well during my 2nd semester. My only gripe was they had us read like 3 novels a week or something, and while they were stupid easy due to being YA, I didn't have the time to sit down and read 3 novels and week + party

Dude used to flip out and pound his fist on the desk when kids would walk out mid lecture in the center room of Lockett.
I thought he was chill until I saw him snap a few times like that. Class was otherwise pretty good.

I took Intro to Anthropology figuring it would be an easy elective. Unfortunately, I wasn't the first student to have that thought and so the professor basically taught it as a grad-level course to weed out people who weren't actually pursuing anthropology. It was super interesting, but extremely difficult.

Microbial Genetics. Awesome class.

Most Interesting: Experimental Psychology. We got to do surgery and experiments with lab rats.
Hardest: Physics. Dropped it twice then changed major so that I didn't need it
