A woman filmed strutting around in a white bra and barely-there denim shorts has been arrested for the alleged murder of an American businessman inside his beachside Costa Rica condo.
The 22-year-old woman, identified only by her surname, Ortiz, was hauled into custody Tuesday in connection with the death of Marc Fleming, 74, The Tico Times reported.
Fleming, a US citizen from California, was found dead inside an apartment on September 27 in Playas del Coco, a popular beach resort along Costa Rica's northern Pacific coast.
