Good Samaritan Disarms Road Rager

In the video, Black man tackles and disarms road-raging white man who assaults a female, pulls a gun, and allegedly fires shots.
The gunman was arrested… and immediately released on bond. I thought we were all about law and order around here.
When losers like that are matched with other men they can’t fight 1v1 they bring out a gun. Such a pathetic demographic. Should of just whupped is arse as well.

This likely would have ended peacefully had Ol' Tatty not jumped in. Green shirt shouldn't have laid his hands on her, but then she should have kept out of it as well.

While this is the most common standard, language continues to evolve. Many publications and scholars argue that both should be capitalized. Organizations like the Center for the Study of Social Policy capitalize both to intentionally call attention to Whiteness as a race and to avoid treating it as the default or "neutral" standard.

One possible explanation was to end the threat of that black man beating his arse which was about to happen.
While that's a bad, bad decision it doesn't equate to him planning to get that gun and start firing. It's just not known.

Who knows. Tennessee is a permitless carry state, so basically any idiot can carry these days. A basic rule of firearm safety they teach you is "never point a weapon at anything you don’t intend to shoot". The way that guy was acting, who knows, but likely he was pissed and felt threatened at that point. So likely he was going to threaten the guy.
Either rway, "brandishing" is any intentional display of a firearm meant to intimidate or influence others. A criminal charge in most states including Tennessee.
