It’ll end up going legal in every state
Most of the states have at least decriminalized some form of it at this point. Look at CBD oil. Cannabidiol is a schedule 1 drug, but even in the south, it has been legalized.

As they should. But those old conservatives won't do shite.
There are many young members of Congress that can be lobbied, more so than “old” conservatives. My congressman is Garrett Graves. Is he even 40?

love statements like this from people who have no fricking clue how many people around them smoke regularly.
People who truly "smoke regularly" do not pass drug tests. Good thing they don't drug test to be cashier at Target

Graves won't support it. His constituents are too old.

Never drug tested

Companies don't drug test every week.

Well guys, remember what Jesus said: Ezekiel 25:12-13 "In the eyes of the Lord, the smoker of herbs is felled only by the dinosaur hunters"
Jesus isn't speaking in Ezekiel, idiot.

There it is. Lucky for me my place of employment doesn't drug test the business owner.

I'm early Gen X, and I'm about to make that Libertarian move. The Republican Party has become an embarrassment.

It's like Republicans do everything they can to be unpopular

You do realize that in the corporate world, coke is much more prevalent than weed is.
It's also known that many employees in Silicon Valley micro-dose LSD to help them be more creative.

That said its ridiculous it's not legal. Huge wasted revenue opportunity, especially in Louisiana where it's sorely needed
Not only is it a huge possible revenue source, how much do we spend on "enforcement"? It's a lose\lose

Maybe the case for manufacturing/industrial/medical/law enforcement jobs.
I can tell you with 100% certainty what's going on in Denver.
Companies are still 'drug testing' employees for high $ IT jobs but they do with a wink and fingers crossed.
They are using labs that don't monitor the test.
The candidate goes in the bathroom alone, pours fake piss or clean piss into the cup, comes out the bathroom and hands to the lab tech.
It passes and candidate is hired.
My friend works for a company who has THC edibles in the reception area candy dish. He makes $160k + expenses.

Trust me, the only thing saving the libertarian party from the same level of embarrassment is their irrelevance. Do you not remember Gary Johnson's 2016 campaign?

The only professionals drug tested are physicians. Otherwise, if you're tested, you're a grunt.
Its why we can "smoke regularly." We got enough education and...gasp...DRIVE to get good jobs.
