Your opinion is based off of nothing but unsupported lies that you were fed as children, and you never bothered to think critically through and realize that they have no consistent basis with the actual world that you met as an adult. It has to be a failure of the education system to teach you critical reasoning skills.

And your opinion?

That's what I thought. Provide me an alternative to my view. You, my friend, obviously can't think critically.

So those $10 drinks at the bar kids buy by the dozens with their $35k salaries on the weekend is okay?

For me, no. Not my style to piss money away. All I'm saying is it will be interesting to see the long term effects of legalization from an economic perspective at the individual level in the areas it's legal.

I'm not for it or against it. I choose not to use drugs. The only people I ever knew that did it were always bumming $20 bucks from me only to never repay. I'm basing my beliefs on my own life experience.

After reading the first page, maybe this will help. Trump Admin does not like drugs but Trump has always said States Rights.

This makes congress act, the people tell their congressmen what they want, congress votes to remove MJ from schedule drugs, think tobacco and alcohol. Then it is up to states to decide about pot.

As a pot smoker, this is how I see it playing out. We the people have the power to remove MJ from schedule drugs.

States should never be able to go against federal law. Hence why most of us want smaller gov.

Lefties and righties both melt hard on things they disagree with. Take time to think things through

If everyone would start worrying more about themselves and their families while just making the effort to be good to your neighbor, every time. This would be a happier world.

My 2 cents

Doesn't HHS have the authority to do that without waiting for Congress?

Good question. And one that I do not know the answer to.

I foresee an even greater lack of accumulation in individual wealth through a lack of investments made into retirement, home improvements, etc, in the areas its legal.
Pot is cheaper in areas where it's legal. This is dumb for so many reasons.

Yea baw you right. We should keep it illegal and permanently impact the lives of anyone caught with a certain plant. That will certainly not negatively affect their future wealth or anything

States’ rights!!!

Folks like Jefferson Beuaragard Sessions III are the first to cry “states’ rights!” for slavery and such, but they get all het up if a state wants to legalize weed or gay marriage. Then they want to have the damn feds clamp down on those renegade states.

Can we say hypocrite ?

Has not been (and is still not) legal for a long time.

Existing federal laws were just not being enforced/prosecuted.

Sort if like LEOs will not pull you over for 5 mph over the limit. Doesn't mean the actual speed limit is now 60 instead if 55.
