I work for a company where it's all desk jobs, and 25% of the staff is tested randomly each quarter.

My company reimburses for mileage so they drug test everyone. And if you get in a wreck during work hours, you get immediately drug tested. Also any injury during work hours, immediate drug test.

I’m most concerned that there is currently no accurate way to measure marijuana intoxication in drivers.

If you work where a TWIC card is needed odds are you are tested. I do work in a dozen industrial sites across the gulf coast and am tested pretty regularly even though it is random. About to walk into Core and do my first hair follicle test of 2018. Doesn’t matter the position top to bottom.
And yes the fact that many can’t pass affects my ability to compete. Although rather than drugs keeping them out citizenship hurts me more. If I could get green card hispanics a TWIC card I could do a larger volume as could most industrial companies.
