Ive done all three. Chattanooga was a last minute thing and the woods is always fun and way cheaper. Cheap isn't necessarily lame unless the weekend is boring. Also my dad's generation went to the local VFW or something for their bachelor parties so the idea that you need to skip a couple car payments is crazy. We also did Gatlinburg a few times and that was a riot. Golf and town during the day, a hike or two, and a party at the cabin after dinner.

As someone who lives near NOLA, allow me to be the billionth person to tell you:
Unless you're looking to get someone in the party stabbed, killed or raped, probably best to stay away from fricking New Orleans.

To be fair, depending on the group of guys and how rowdy they are, they're a lot more likely to find trouble on a drunken/drug induced bachelor party than a group of women will.
Women are doing nice dinners, shopping, and nighttime cocktail bars with maybe some dancing thrown in. And we don't walk anywhere, especially in heels

NOLA! Breckenridge sounds great, but it is very high altitude and won’t be easy on heavy drinkers.
