He's put me in charge of planning the trip. The group is torn between the aforementioned options.

Breck is arguably more fun, more expensive and harder to get to, but at least we'll all likely make it out alive. The two non-skiers in the group would have to take lessons.

NOLA is easier to get to and cheaper, but I'd like to make it out of the weekend without casualties.

Third and easiest option is an hour and a half north to Chattanooga, but that's lame as hell.

What say tOT?

How many times have you been to NOLA, seriously?

Is this even a question?

What about someplace in western NC up in the mountains? Not necessarily for skiing just that it’s fun and scenic. Or what about the east coast - Hilton Head, Sea Island, etc?

Vegas - Fly southwest

ETA - You can fly round trip for less than $300-$499 if you look.

60% chance your car gets broken into in nola. I’d Uber in and Uber out. I’d probably bring a gun too

Buddy is from Charlotte. Wouldn't want to go where he's already been several times.

Assuming snow will be on the ground when this trip occurs (you mentioned skiers), scrap those plans and go to Salt Lake City.

Live in NOLA, have been to Breck on a bachelor party.

its very different types of trips, but the Breck BParty I went on was one of my favorites.

I'd go with Breck

What time of year are you talking about? Breckenridge is freaking awesome in the Summer. In Winter...Breckenridge is a great town, but I prefer skiing at Copper Mountain (which still isn't too far to go from there).

Friend,

It seems an easy choice to me. Consider how many architecturally significant churches each location has. A day of touring some of the most beautiful churches in America, eating poorboys, capped by a five course meal in the heart of Metairie at America’s best Italian restaurant is just what the bachelor ordered. I will see if Uncle can arrange transport for all of us.

Yours,
