It’s not just orientation/configuration.
SLS is just 30 feet or so shorter than starship and it has side by side boosters as well.

A lot of people have no idea this is even happening. I'm not sure if its disinterest, or if its not even on people's radar.

Monologue seems completely applicable to this, and if you are a space fan will get you pumped up.

We'll see how Artemis goes over the next few years, but by 2029, Isaacman could be one of the best NASA administrators in modern history as far as communication, planning, program development.

I guess he's just gonna forego the hundreds of millions he gave Elon for some more space flights via SpaceX
So glad he was selected. NASA needed an outside thinker like Elon.

He’s not a political plant (I don’t think.) He’s a space nerd like me. Highly intelligent and focused. I think this is another Golden Era in American history. If he can’t secure more funding, no one can.

Speaking of, he's live on NASA TV right now

Why is it 99% of the talking heads are female? Are the men busy doing important stuff?

Yes.
They are the humans that can use 30 words to express a one word thought.

CNN has Bill Nye on. That fraud knows as much about space as Kanye West.

man I cannot wait to see this - makes me feel like a kid watching the space shuttle launches

I'm so glad the media is making a big deal out of this. Dedicated special coverage on the various stations, etc.
We need to hype shite like this up go drive public interest in the sciences in the kids. My 9 year olds just told me about how they heard about this on the news and are interested.

Sounds like they believe it’s instramentation failure and they are good to go based on all data coming in. Constraint is clear. LFG!!! T-15:00

Watching on NASASpaceflight, using surround sound. Capsule communications came out of one of the satellites, scared the crap out of me.
