Yes. Vitamin D is from the sun mainly. I am on a weekly capsule that is prescribed. On days I am not working, I have been trying to spend more time outdoors. This is easier starting this week when it's actually still sunny outside when I come home. Also, this is the tone of year grass cutting has started so that helps too.

Challenge yourself to do something outside several more times a week. Even if it is just walking in a park or something.

Also, as someone suggested, do you snore that you know of? Lack of energy could be a sign of Sleep Apnea.

I live alone so I don't know if I snore. I did a sleep study years ago. It was a waste though because they had me come in from 10pm-5am and I normally go to bed at 2:00 so they got very little time to monitor me while sleeping.

Has nothing to do with age.. You're way too young for that

Also really works wonders on the immune system. You can't take too much according to my doctor.

Started going through this this year, but I'm 42. Previously felt no drop off from 20s to 30s to 40s. I used to be able to coast by with little sleep during the week and make up for it on the weekends. Lipid panels always come out fine, but I might have to check into things further if it continues.

I actually was told that I had a vitamin deficiency. Is Vitamin D the one you get from the sun? If so, that's it. I also have depression but have had it for 12 years and have less energy now. Sleep poorly despite 150 mg of Trazodone. Exercise a few times a week but it's a struggle having no energy. Don't really drink except for special occasions.

Not to scare you but if you are doing all of that and still having these issues you need to get to a DR as soon as you can. I had a cousin was having these same problems and come to find out he had a couple of blockages. Now he was a good bit older but it was still the same symptoms.

I'm the same way. I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I basically feel tired all the time. I drink energy drinks and pop Hydroxycut Hardcore throughout the day to stay awake.

lack of vitamin d will make you depressed. get a rx for vitamin d once a week. probably wouldn't hurt to get a vitamin b12 injection.

also, check to see if you're anemic.that will make you feel worse than the walking dead.

I’m 50.

My point wasn’t to brag but to make you understand that your situation isn’t normal. See a doctor.

Yeah, you're correct. Add to that at 32 you have no clue how bad it's gonna get
