No kids. I admit, I eat like crap. Don't drink coffee though and have one soda can a day.
Got a lot to do with it man. shite gets harder. I have more injury at 38 with 3 kids than I did around 34-35 with 2. Working out more, lost those few extra lbs of fat that start to creep up with kids. Try to clean up your diet at least during the week first and start exercising.
ETA: try putting your night screen on your computer/phone in the evening

I have absolutely no energy.
I'll tell what worked for me: hit the gym 5-6 days a week. Sounds crazy, but I have much more energy now.

Going to the gym is the only thing that works for me. If I skip the gym 2-3 days I feel an attack coming on and it scares the shite out of me.

I'm past 50, dropped almost 40 pounds, workout, drive the ball further than ever and frick like a madman. I eat healthy, take supplements, drive fast and generally have more energy than I can remember. Don't be a pussy. I wish I was 32 and feeling a little sluggish, jeez.

And we got this guy....full of shite. “I pound weight 10 times better than I was 20 and my cock grew to 15 inches”. Thank God I’m 50!!!!
You’re gonna get tired dude as you get older but you’re too young for those issues to hit you yet. I’m 58.

You have all the symptoms of AIDS. Seriously though, get everything checked. I’ve had sleep/tiredness issues since I was a teenager and it turns out my brain doesn’t have enough of the wakefulness promoting neurons.

I had similar issues, later in life than you, and it was my thyroid.

Start working out in the morning.

I actually was told that I had a vitamin deficiency. Is Vitamin D the one you get from the sun?
Take an evening walk. Works better if you know someone who will walk with you. This will get you some Vitamin D. Decrease your sugar and processed food intake. Eat reasonably healthy. Make sure you eat enough iron, this means meat. If you are over weight, then eat home cooked meals, and exercise. Your energy will improve. Talk to a doctor.
When God created Adam He said, "Behold, it is good." He feels that way about every person He has created, including you. You were created in His image and likeness which means you were created good. He also loves you.
How awesome it that!!! The Creator of the universe and everything ever created loves you. He knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb.
Think about that every night before you go to bed, and every morning you wake up. It will blow your mind. There will be nothing left to be depressed about.
When you look in the mirror remember His words, "Behold, it is good." You are His creation. He did not make junk. Use His gifts wisely, and you will be joyful. Admit that you are a gift He created to share with the world at this point in time.
Remember these things, and you will be able to smile, then you will be able to share your smile with others. If you ever think you have nothing to share, you can always smile. It will brighten up someone's day.
Life is good. God is great, and he loves you.

early thirties is when i started falling apart.
shoulder issues. a bad knee. 2 bad ankles.
and then a heart attack at 40.
i used to say that if i could go back in time i wouldn’t change anything.
now? i kinda wish i’d taken better care of myself coming up.

Go see your Dr. You probably have sleep apnea. Your Testosterone is probably also low from lack of good sleep. I had all these issues slowly worsening until 2 years ago I got a Cpap machine. made me feel 10 years younger . I’m 38.

When I suffered from exhaustion I needed stents in my heart. I’d wake up and feel great and be exhausted an hour later. Get a checkup.

Try intermittent fasting and make sure you get your blood worked up and thoroughly reviewed each year.
I have haemochromatis from my German ancestors which is also known as iron overload. Its why I was sluggish for years (I had self prescribed with adderall and fought through it for years like the absolute legend that I am). Once I gave blood about 30 times and got my iron levels down my energy levels became TRUMPian

Not to scare you but if you are doing all of that and still having these issues you need to get to a DR as soon as you can. I had a cousin was having these same problems and come to find out he had a couple of blockages. Now he was a good bit older but it was still the same symptoms.
This. Go see a dr, dude. Get well soon.
