That's true but things still start to hurt just from living. FTR I'm 57. As the old saying goes "If I'd known I was gonna live this long I'd have probably take better care of myself."

Does your wife/husband complain that you snore? How bit around is your neck?
Serious question. You are posting some symptoms of sleep apnea. A CPAP fixes that easily.

I feel your pain. I have felt very low energy for most of my 30s. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times, convinced it’s my thyroid or vitamin deficiency. Bloodwork always comes back perfect, and I feel like a hypochondriac. Looking at my most recent blood results, im not sure vitamin levels were ever tested. But my doctor is going to be like
if I come in again for more blood tests.
I went on depression meds for a couple years, ADD meds, cut carbs, exercised more...nothing really makes a difference. I know this level of low energy isn’t normal at my age.

ELT - Look into CoQ10. Good stuff. Get a 3 month supply and give it a whirl. Even with normal blood results, this can be the catalyst you need.
C60 is pretty amazing, as well.
This assumes you’re getting 2-3 grams of vitamin c a day and a solid B complex and potassium from diet or supplements.

Sounds to me like you're just lazy, depressed, or both.

Start working out more at the gym.
Or develop a coke habit.
Gym is cheaper and healthier.
Coke habit is more fun

Thanks! I’ve been meaning to try CoQ10. I picked up a couple bottles on my way to work, along with vitamin D, DHEA, and a different multivitamin. I’ll try anything at this point.

Normal?
Look into iridology.
Just so you come to grips with the theory.
They claim to be able to see if your cells are strong or not. This is not ama theory.
The iridologist will say if you have strong or weak cells.
Weak? Die age 35.
How about 23&me?
Look at your dna issues.

Exercise Baw - It makes you feel good, also avoid alcohol if possible during the week.
Try eating earlier in the evening.
I'll get slammed for this but a bunch of my middle aged bro's do crossfit and swear by it, I don't but do workout 3-4 times a week.
And go get a Dr who can do blood work and see if all your numbers are in order

32 is still very young, and no, it’s not the norm at that age.

iridology
It’s really pretty interesting when a knowledgeable practitioner can diagnose so much from your eyes and show you the correlations.

Not to alarm you, but if this has been going on for awhile, I would go see a doctor. It might be a simple lifestyle change like eating better and exercising that could do the trick. Or it could be something more serious, you never know.

I feel this way myself. I used to be able to stay up until 3 and 4 AM and sleep all afternoon. Now I can barely stay awake past 10 PM.
Sweeping and mopping the floor makes me tired :(
I've had blood tests and a halter monitor for unrelated reasons and all that came back fine.
I tried the whole gym thing for about 9 months. I felt like my body got in better shape, but I wouldn't say I felt like I had more energy. Now I just walk 2 miles a day.
I know I'm not sleeping well though. It's like I dream every single night and wake up 2-3 times throughout the night

My energy level tanked around age 45 around the time the endorphins just ceased to exist. I went from a hard workout and an endorphin reward to a hard workout and nothing but fatigue.

All the cool kids are doing IF.
I'm on hour 10 now and will easily make it to 18. This is my third day in a row and I'm in quite a groove - best workout this AM that I've had in about 3 years
Joe Rogan intermittent fasting montage

That shite (CoQ10) wont work. Its either a health issue (full blood workup) or a full lifestyle change (diet, exercise, no cell in the room from 10 to 6am, no alcohol except Friday night and Sat) that will help you.
Your body needs to be SHOCKED bro.
