Yep.
That hooker on that work trip to Seattle gave you the Aids.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Diagnosed and the acute attacks are the worst. I slept about 18hrs a day for damn near a month and it was the worst month of my life.

Lol what, getting old means you stay at home when it gets dark because nothing good happens at night. You also have a tendency to sleep less and wake up early. Life is boring, same shite different day, nothing new

Go do some squats, push a lawnmower, run, and get some sunshine.

I'm 54, and don't feel like that.
Something doesn't seem right.

I had similar issues, later in life than you, and it was my thyroid.
How bad did things get before you got checked out?

LOL
Get it together. I am older than you and can run circles around you. Today I woke up at 5 AM, kicked arse at work, ran 4 miles this evening, and now rocking out to The Dead

Lots of things can cause this (thyroid disorder, sleep apnea, anemia, etc). Your going to hear a bunch of opinions on the cause and any number of them could be right.
You need to find a good primary physician and start working thru the different causes.

Most health insurance includes free annual physicals (some even give you a break on insurance rates for getting them done). Get them. Annually. There's nothing more valuable to a doctor's ability to diagnose, treat, and understand your history than having annual trendlines of all your vitals and levels. Literally takes an hour or two of your time one day a year and can be enormously beneficial to your wellbeing.
I was feeling lazy as all hell and my thyroid was out of whack. If you feel you've inexplicably been putting on weight lately, coupled with your fatigue, could very well be your your thyroid.
Testosterone you can tell if you are losing/not growing body hair like you usually do. At your age, and given the recent onset of fatigue, I highly doubt you're dealing with a testosterone issue. That said, lethargy can lead to a natural decrease in testosterone, though not enough of a decrease to make your levels abnormally low.
As others have mentioned, could be depression or vitamin deficiencies. Perhaps sleep apnea. You said you don't get to bed until 2am...you may not be sleeping enough or perhaps outside the hours of your natural circadian rhythm.

32 is not old enough to be that tired. Exercise more as said. I'm 10 years older, and I don't have that problem. I play basketball, football, jog, etc.

I haven't read the whole thread, just the first page. Right now, I'd say have your thyroid checked out. It is the 'God' that controls your body...

Poor diet and/or lack of exercise
I learned in my thirties food and exercise play a big role in energy and happiness.

I slept 12 hours on Saturday and was still dragging the entire day. It's not as bad as it is during the work week but I never feel refreshed. I do have fragmented sleep though. I'm 6'1 200lbs.

CFS is fricking MISERABLE! Plenty of doctors excuse it, but Dr. Nitsche at EJGH is a specialist. Before I had it, I thought it was bullshite. It’s not bullshite.
Edit: were you in the military and did you deploy to SWA? If so, CFS is a documented disease of an unknown origin linked to SWA/Burn Pits. Go to the VA if you qualify.

You go to sleep at 2:00 am.
What time do you have to be at work?
Sorry: did not see you had answered; 10:30.
Your symptoms sound a lot like sleep apnea. Once I got a CPAP machine my mid afternoon tiredness pretty much went away. You do not have to be old & fat to have SA.

Eat healthy and exercise. No junk food. Don't drink too and don't smoke pot, that stuff will waste you.
