Lay off the whiskey

If you let that go and do nothing about it, it certainly my will get worse. You’ve got to keep moving.

I’ll be 86 in June . I’ll walk 2 mile tomorrow

It’s not age.
It’s your mental state.
If you think you’re tired, you are.
Drink a Bang. I bet you won’t think you’re tired

Cut out the carbs. Sugar is the enemy of health. Shift over to eating lean protein for the majority of your diet. Almonds, walnuts in moderation. Wheaties or oatmeal with blueberries, bananas, strawberries and honey for breakfast. Bacon and eggs for breakfast a couple of times per week. Start eating venison, elk, bison, salmon, sardines etc. T shots help. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Exercise at least five days a week. Just turned 51 and I feel better now than I did in my 30's. Quit drinking completely. Limit caffeine. 2 Hydroxycut Leans in the morning before you work out. You will feel like a new man.

Go see your medical provider for a wellness check.
Be very forthcoming about the symptoms--tell them EVERYTHING and ask for complete bloodwork.
Could be a number of things, and your blood work will spell out almost all of it.
As said before, start eating better and add more rigorous exercise.
Good luck, sir!

It's been said....but here's some things to check:
1. Testosterone Levels. Men usually start dropping by 40...so you're not there...but still get it checked.
2. Blood Glucose/A1C. Fatigue and Diabetes go together.
3. B12. Get it checked.
4. Exercise more. Newton's 1st law of motion about a body at rest will stay at rest is applicable to humans too.
5. Ask your Dr about your liver enzymes as well. A sick liver will drag you down.
6. How's your blood pressure?
I'm no Dr and I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn...but I've gone thru a lot of the similar things.

I dont know if its like one of these or not, but a buddy told me to grab one from a gas station a few months ago. I didnt notice it had serving measurement lines on the side and turned it up thinking it was like a 4 hour energy
Long story short, an hour later i thought i was about to having a stroke and almost went to the ER. that shite is industrial grade

I'm thinking more refined sugars found in processed foods and soft drinks. I like fruit too much to cut it out of my diet.

I'm only 32 but ever since I hit 30, I have absolutely no energy. Every morning, I feel like I got hit by a bag of bricks. I used to be able to be out of the house 10 minutes after waking up. Now it takes me that long just to get out of bed. Nothing seems to give me energy during the day. Is this just the new norm as you age? If so, I can't imagine how much less energy I'll have when I'm twice my age.
I'm 29 and have the same problems. My issues start because I really, really struggle to fall asleep at night.

I'm also addicted to 4mg Nicorette. Never a smoker but a big fan of this gum. Mint flavor. Nice little pick me up when you are stressed or fatigued.

This. It could be any of the things mentioned: Low T, low thyroid, sleep apnea or sleep deprivation, a vitamin deficiency...
You won't know unless you go to the doctor.
I had similar issues, later in life than you, and it was my thyroid. Thyroid med, exercise, and dropping 20 pounds have made a world of difference.

Change your diet. Start tracking your food intake and you'll be surprised how much junk and how many calories you consume.
Don't drink anything except water, unsweet tea, and black coffee. Drop triple whammy foods (low nutrition, low satiation, high calories). Eat more fruits and vegetables and lean meats.

Excellent advice. Assess your diet too.
And get your thyroid checked. $9.00/month for Levothyroxine (if your thyroid is lazy) and you won’t feel as tired.

If you don't want to go through all the doctor shite, just apply for a million dollar life insurance policy and they'll tell you exactly what's wrong with you.
