I'm only 32 but ever since I hit 30, I have absolutely no energy. Every morning, I feel like I got hit by a bag of bricks. I used to be able to be out of the house 10 minutes after waking up. Now it takes me that long just to get out of bed. Nothing seems to give me energy during the day. Is this just the new norm as you age? If so, I can't imagine how much less energy I'll have when I'm twice my age.

You are clinically depressed.

Go see a Doctor

Go get a physical and make sure they check for Vitamin D. I was really low from working in a warehouse all the time, and had much more energy when I got that higher.

Start your day off with preworkout and a workout. That usually gets me going until the afternoon

That's not normal. I'm almost 10 years older than you and don't feel like this

I just walked 3 miles and weeded a flowerbed and now cooking.

I’m 50.

My point wasn’t to brag but to make you understand that your situation isn’t normal. See a doctor.

Only going to get worse. Start working out if you aren’t already and give up drinking 8 beers every night.

I'm mid 40's and went through it. My problem was an afternoon crash around 2 every day. Fell asleep at my desk a few times. Improving my diet helped more than anything. Cutting way back on sugar and starchy foods and not drinking on week nights, or limiting it to just one beer or cocktail.

I’d go in for a physical & bloodwork

Do you snore?
Are you getting enough sleep every night?

I actually was told that I had a vitamin deficiency. Is Vitamin D the one you get from the sun? If so, that's it. I also have depression but have had it for 12 years and have less energy now. Sleep poorly despite 150 mg of Trazodone. Exercise a few times a week but it's a struggle having no energy. Don't really drink except for special occasions.

Cut back on your drinking, start exercising more, and clean up your diet. My friends told me the same shite at 30 and it took me until 35 to listen. I feel better than I did at 30.

Diet is the big deal. You’ve got to cut back on carbs especially at night.

Honestly not being a smart arse but you might want to just get a physical and blood work up. 32 is way too young for those symptoms.

More info on your lifestyle/diet etc needed.

Do you have very young children?

No kids. I admit, I eat like crap. Don't drink coffee though and have one soda can a day.

I’m betting you either have a vitamin deficiency or you’re not getting good quality of sleep and may need a sleep study.

I'm 33 and I can't tell my energy levels have dropped off at all since my prime. I'm sure they have but I can't tell.

I can't run as fast though. Thats a fact.

Testerone levels are probably low. I get Test injections written from my dr and let me tell you it’s awesome.
