Getting a Vasectomy

If you got the snip, congratulations you voluntarily signed up for gender affirming care. You had your nuts clipped. You permanently disabled the biological function that makes you capable of fathering children. Now a lot of you are on TRT and other drugs just to claw back the male vitality, testosterone, and strength you threw away. That is gender affirming care. You’re medicating yourself to compensate for the masculine hardware you had surgically compromised.Getting your nuts clipped and then having to take steroids/TRT to feel like a man again is no different than a guy slapping on some tits and taking estrogen. Both are elective procedures that alter sex characteristics and then require lifelong hormone management to maintain the desired outcome. One just has better PR.

You chose it. Own it. You’re not “just being responsible.” You’re a sterilized man on replacement hormones. That’s the same category as the rest of the gender-affirming crowd, whether the OT wants to admit it or not.
