None of that is true. I am 64. I got a vasectomy at 30, and my testosterone is always in the 700 to 900 range. I get it tested every year. And I’m getting laid an average of five times per week. That’s down from eight or nine times per week five years ago because my poor wife couldn’t take it anymore.

Glad you mentioned it: the Church has always taught that deliberate sterilization is intrinsically disordered. God did not design men to cut their fertility off and then chemically patch the resulting weakness. God wouldn’t want you to become weak and feminine by getting gender affirming care. Voluntary sterility + exogenous hormones to restore what you destroyed is the opposite of accepting the body and vocation He gave you. It’s self-mutilation followed by pharmaceutical cosplay.
