Hell you never know. They may win the ghetto lottery. If I’ve learned anything in the past 5 or so years, it’s that some judges and juries will unequivocally side with the criminals and not even be ashamed of it.

How come more of those fake falls and car wrecks don’t get thrown out and those lawyers sanctioned? Just curious. It seems there is no personal responsibility even with a fall. I remember tripping bc ground was wet from rain right outside of store. Never thought to sue. I felt it was my carelessness.
