Brooks, Asic, or Mizzuno are my go-too’s. i put in 25-30 miles each week. avoid nike imo. also, new balance hurts my knees

one of my younger nephewes has allergic (anaphylactic) reactions to A LOT of foods. he’s a supper athlete in pretty much any sport he wants to try and is an awsome student. he cannot fish with me because i’ve had bait shrimp in my boat before - scarry lesson. it breaks my heart what he has to avoid due to no fault of his own. but he cannot fish in my boat. he can eat good clean deer meat with just salt, pepper, and garlic. that’s more than what most modern kids get imo

the “problem” in the bassin is not limits. the problem is water quality (low DO). increased flow = more fish habitat. ever catch a fish in black water?

circle hooks hanging about 3-4 feet off the ground baited with old meat/chicken. tie tem off to a stout tree limb. warn the neighbors the night before. next am, head out with a .17.
