He doesn't have to be. He makes his money from big money donors donating to the cause. All he does is show up, get his face on tv, and spout a few words about social injustice and he makes bank.

What lawyer would take this case?

99.9% of lawyers are POS people that only care about suing someone!

i find it interesting that the bubble headed news reader states that the young scholars were “gunned down”…

Whether they were armed are not is inconsequential. Once they broke into his home, they were fair game.

Based on how certain people act, it’s totally believable though. That’s sad and pathetic.

It is but we've been at this for several days now and no one has produced the actual lawsuit.

What I’ve found:
quote:

No credible evidence confirms that a civil lawsuit was filed by the parents of the teens killed in the 2019 Rockdale County, Georgia, shooting. While social media posts and a WorldStarHipHop report from May 2025 claim a lawsuit was filed, alleging excessive force, no reputable news outlets like BBC or 11Alive have verified this, and no court records are publicly available to confirm it. The homeowner’s actions were ruled self-defense under Georgia’s “stand your ground” law, with no criminal charges filed. The lawsuit claims may stem from misinformation or unverified social media reports.

I have no idea if it is true. But it’s completely believable though, which is just sad.

Is this a scenario where a countersuit would be appropriate because of how stupid it is?

If there’s no lawsuit against the homeowner, do the family members of the 3 murdered teens at least have a GoFundMe I can donate to?

This is why we still have a need for the mob, at least a version of. Make a phone call, and the bodies disappear. Problem solved.

Exactly. Lawsuits are public records. Someone would have gotten a copy of it existed.
