Not only is it old but I can’t find anything about a lawsuit being filed on the case except the headline of this worldstar post. Even the video is just a news article on the shooting. I didn’t see anything about a lawsuit. Google didn’t turn up anything either.

The homeowner may not have committed a crime, but he could be found liable for their deaths in a civil trial. Remember OJ wasn't guilty, but he lost a civil trial.

I was warned in my concealed handgun carry class that I can be completely in the right killing a criminal i.e. not arrested but still have to deal with bullshite civil suits and expect to spend around $150K defending myself.

Are there no repercussions to the families and lawyers doing this kind of stuff. Seems like he is already cleared and has a better case to sue them them for punitive damages for the the actions of their kids who they are ultimately responsible for.

He should countersue for having to killing those young scholars. They were probably only wanting to borrow some books or were just interested in what all he had acquire with his profession as a job study.

Same. 2019, no references to a lawsuit anywhere, and the only sites talking about it are sketchy click bait stuff

I watched that video a week or so ago on some social media platform. It was awesome but it didn’t say the punks had died. Much more satisfying now.
