Name one of these truths.

That slavery was racist. Slavery had nothing to do with race, and in fact, racism is a product of slavery, not a cause of it.

Once that basic truth is understood, then we can move on and get t the rest of the BS.

I also think that people in this situation should absolutely find nothing in that memo to be afraid of.

It should scare you that school boards are asking for federal assistance in silencing parents. School Boards are local. You think they signed up for this shite? To try and force things on your kids?

Or is it more likely that this shite is being forced on them, and now they have to make it all happen, and withstand the blowback from parents.

So... who's forcing this shite on School Boards? Who else can, other than the feds?

So, why WOULDNT the feds give them the help theyre asking for? The feds absolutely will help them, and history proves that any opportunity for a govt to usurp power will be taken.

We aren't invested as a country in education.

Our education system works perfectly well, in certain parts of the country. In certain other parts, not so much. And it has nothing to do with funding. It's a cultural issue.

But no one wants to discuss that. So we get people like you that just parrot the "we aren't invested in education!!" bullshite.

Someone here doesn’t understand socio economics. Socio economics don’t result in poor public schools within the inner city. The inner city draws tax dollars from the entire municipality and generally the highest taxed parcels of land. Take EBR for example , the tax dollars available to the BR public schools ate much greater than Zachary. EBR doesn’t manage it well. Likewise , neither parents or kids prioritize education as a whole. EBR solution: create magnet schools for students and families that prioritize education, let the rest attend Glenn Oaks and Broadmore. Zachary’s solution —create our own system where we force prioritization by making both students and parents become involved in the school. Zachary and EBR magnet schools are great schools. Glenn Oaks and Broadmore are shite. All have the same type of kid attending from a socioeconomic standpoint. What’s the difference ? The difference my friend is family and parenting. Certain things are prioritized in a house that have nothing to do with socio economics. It’s called responsibility and accountability.

So you think threats shouldn't be investigated?

Do you understand the significance of siccing the federal law enforcement arm to quell any resistance to the administration is a bad thing? There are historical examples of where it can lead.

I am completely opposed to CRT and will yank my kids the minute it gets implemented, but I see no mention of it in that memo.

This. The memo may imply parents making threats or getting violent over mask mandates, which I believe has happened far more than over crt implementation.

except for the fact we are. So much so we invest more into our educational system, per child, than the vast majority of countries in this planet. So, that’s bullshite.

And how much more should we invest in schools? What exactly do you think needs improving and how do we do that? (hint hint: it isn’t what we spend, but rather non accountable parents from certain backgrounds)

this doesn’t even make sense. How do we invest in lobbyists? You mean capitalism?

In other words, it's not something your average school teacher understands, SO IT'S NOT SOMETHING ANYONE IS TEACHING TO ANY OF YOUR KIDS BECAUSE THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE.

We agree it doesn’t make any sense. If your school district has a director of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity, it is being taught.

That’s not what CRT is: It’s all about causing division and hatred between different groups

What that Democrats have historically screwed blacks, gotten them hooked on generational welfare destroying what was before a high % of 2 parent homes (i think % of 2 parent households was higher for blacks than whites before LBJ), helped millions of black babies get murdered, continues to push lowering of expectations for blacks & reducing their personal responsibility due to victimhood, and helping to break urban black culture so completely that decades of affirmative action, quotas, other special treatment in education and business world not only didn’t fix but is also seemingly ignored as much as violent crime rates by blacks and to other blacks along with the out of proportion costs to society overall.

Common core math isn't all that bad.

As long as it is even a little worse than the traditional method, it shouldn't be used.

The fact that you had to say it isn't "all that bad" tells me that you know it's worse.

The domestic enemies label us domestic terrorists bc they know the tide is turning so I will wear that badge proudly when exercising my right to overthrow the enemy.
