cancer can be a literal godsend for older people. I'd much rather die in 6mo from cancer than 4 years from Alzheimer's

It’s a fundraising tool. If “pray for cancer victims” sold better, and therefore did more good, than the “frick cancer” stickers, I’m fairly certain they would sell those as well.
