The Greenleaves subdivision in Mandeville is flooded. There’s about 2 feet of water over the road in some places.

There’s a protocol for this.. first you gotta put on ur rain jacket.. then you have to hold a big giant golf umbrella over her while you take her out.. You’ll both still get wet, but for me it usually works fairly quickly , since the dog generally wants to get done and get back into the house just as bad as you do .

Anyone who lives along Bayou Chinchuba in Mandeville has water getting very high. Probably 20 feet from my house now. Luckily the lot is raised.
