I have one willow I am worried about. My pier was built by Pipsair… that pier may lose a sheet of metal but the structure is rock solid. I wouldn’t be shocked to see my jetski get off its ramp and break the rope. Otherwise should be pretty decent.

For Ida we got lucky. Power pole broke right over my camp. The only thing that save the structure was the line was held up by a tree.

maybe so, but going east carries it away from us faster than just straight north...

elec has held up to this point, so each minute it goes east, gives me more confidence that we may not lose power at all... which would be awesome

Power in BR is only out for the Bars and restaurants by South campus.

Power out, generator on, water coming down a wall in my kitchen in unincorporated JP westbank. Same leak every major storm for 20 years. They can’t solve it.

Rain pounding the windows like a motherfricker. Still out of bourbon.

Checking in from Bulldog country (God's country), stay safe Louisiana baws. Wind is starting to pick up to sustainable levels of 25 to 35 mph according to the weather station on top of the house.

We need the rain badly, but not *too* much. I guess one man's trash is another man's treasure, even when it comes to hurricanes.

I tend to agree. I think north AP will miss the brunt of it. Lights still on here in Pville.

the cone did not change at 7pm. full stop. the only thing that changes on intermediate advisories is the storm's location

4pm on the right, 7pm on the left
