Where I come from if you aren't from here and you start parading around with any gun in public view, I don't give one rat's arse if someone pops you and you best not whine about it when it does happen.

At this point, just toss the case.
If the fbi is gonna withhold something like that and it caused the case to occur in the first place, the trial is now a waste of time

The dude wasn't flashing it around trying to intimidate people. He lived 10 mins from Kenosha in a suburb. He wasn't some outsider coming in to intimidate local protesters. Your context for this is a complete fantasy.

This is the issue. Regardless of how you feel about Rittenhouse or the situation, withholding evidence like this BY THE frickING FBI is something that should terrify and enrage everyone on all sides.

Rittenhouse is a victim of the Cold Civil War being fought. They don't care that he is innocent. They are trying to make sure no one like him happens again.

Exactly. They can’t have people thinking they can stand up against the Brownshirt thugs and defend people and businesses from their terror tactics and get away with it !
That might embolden others to stand up to the mod and hammer a nail into the fence.
They must make examples of people like him so the rest are cowed into submission.

The FBI didn’t want the public knowing they have drones flying over us just like the do/did in Afghanistan. Hopefully they were unarmed but at the current pace they probably will be soon.
