Fauci can't answer if we should curb protests

Fauci is testifying in front of the House right now.
He had some interesting remarks about the protests and direct problems they cause but dodges whether we should curb them.
This is all so fricking political at this point. Science is out the damn window. Let's cancel sports and school and shut down the whole country but let's have thousands protest breaking all the health measures.

He needs to be fired or put in prison. Either way, that guy is not a leader, he talks out of his a$$, he's got his hands in multiple cookie jars where, due to his position, is a MAJOR conflict of interest. Every single American, no matter the political beliefs, should be up in arms right now on how this "pandemic" (which no longer qualifies as a pandemic) is being handled.

Fauci is useless and this is exactly why. Someone in his position with his power cant be a partisan hack who gives wishy washy answers. If you can't lead then get out of the way and let someone who will give straight answers the position
He has been anything but decisive. Everything he answers is vague and can be interpreted either way, which allowed the media to set whatever narrative they wanted which has just led to chaos in our country.

The right way for a non-political doctor in his position to handle this is to say that the decisions about large gatherings (be they protests, schools, sporting events, etc.) are not his to make and that he is only there to provide medical information about the virus and it’s risks. The decisions about those gatherings rest with the elected officials.

You can’t get covid from attending a funeral for a Democratic congressman
You cannot get Covid from shopping at a large multi-national retailer like Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes, or the Home Depot.
If you go to the gym, attend an in-person sporting event, go to a concert, have a bbq in your back yard, shop at a local small business, go to school, have elective surgery, visit a doctor or therapist for a problem other than covid, drink at a bar without ordering food, walk through a public park, use a public boat launch, or attend a church service, funeral, wedding, or birthday party you will get Covid instantly, infect your grandma, and everyone you love will die you selfish POS!
