For clarity purposes, can the sneeze victim swim or no?

In response to the announcement, black woman stands up and loudly says "I'll tell you what ... you hired to stuff them mother frickahs ... not unstuff em." She walks out.
Now that’s funny. I’d have given her an extra hour just for the laugh.

That sucks, especially when you understand his situation and you're trying to help the guy. Unfortunately, this is where you have to let him know that you'll be calling the police if he doesn't calm down. Being upset is o.k. but making threats is not.

I generally hate people.
Everybody wants a quick payout and to take advantage of others.

Ever had HR called on you?
December 1995 at Jones Creek Domino's Pizza.
I was sweeping the store when I decided to hump the manager's wife with the broom.
It went as expected.

Had a fricking idiot co-worker call HR on me cause I accidentally sneezed on him.
These are the kind of people that go to a restaurant, order a meal, eat half of it, and then ask for a refund because they "didn't like it".

Had them called on me a couple of weeks ago.
Situation:
My boss and I handle all the technical training for our service division. We write the course and material and handle everything from class scheduling to maintaining the records.
Our service center hired a guy to be the new operations manager, but he couldn't hack it so they made a special job just for him as the Field Service Training Administrator. He asks me to stop by and talk with him basically telling me how we were going to operate even though I work for the corporate office and not under him. Long story short, I asked him that if I write the class, schedule the class, teach the class and maintain all the records, then what exactly was he supposed to fricking do.
He called HR and complained. I got told to watch my language and that was about it.

I got drunk and asked our HR lady if I could see her boobs after a co workers retirement party (not my fault she had a great rack). She laughed about it the next day at work. Also once sat on alcohol and drug test paperwork for a few hours because she knew we all grabbed drinks the night before. None of us were drunk at all, but we have a strict .00 BAC policy and I know I was always paranoid. I was upset when she left the company

You think HR complaints are bad? Try Union grievances...
Example: Hourly Union employee files grievance against supervisor bc the supe chose another employee to work OT instead of him. Claims bias when it was actually the fact that the other employee was qualified on the machinery and the aggrieved employee was not..... He wins the grienvance anyway and gets paid for the shift he never worked.
Hourly employee filed grievance after a salaried engineer helps the maintenance division fix a broken machine that was holding up production. Claims the company should have called a union guy in from home despite it being a critical outage. Employee wins a partial payout for the time.
Unions are the friggin worst

Oh, and just so ya know how bad this guy sucks. He was hired as an electronic test technician and didn't know how to use a multimeter. Tried taking voltages his first day without the power on. Then tried to blame me for not telling him the power needed to be on to take voltage readings.
Sounds like he may look a few hours for the water hammer if you tell him to go grab it.

Unions once had a purpose in the American work force. That time has long since passed.

When I worked for the finance company, this one dude called HR on the entire division. He made up all kinds of crazy stories about drug fueled sex parties after work, claims of racism (he was white and so were most of us), all kinds of insanity.
An army of HR descended upon us and investigated the matter for weeks. All of our work emails and correspondence was searched. All us of were questioned multiple times. It was insane, especially since HR didn't find any evidence of wrongdoing.
We were able to figure out who started the shite storm, and made his work life hell. We sent him a fecal gram. He eventually quit.
