3 times HR has been called on me.
1st time was back when I was hourly. Got called to the office because a coworker complained that I didn't talk to him during my shift. I told HR I wasn't hired to be his friend, I was hired to make sales and complete task. I had a work list that day and focused on completing it. I was told I needed to be more socialble. He was fired a month later after filing several complaints against others.
The other two was because I was brought in from outside the company at a position an internal wanted. She filed a complaint that I only gave work to the black workers and never made the white employees do anything. Best part was my boss turned over the list of employees in my department to HR. I only had black employees. She then got another employee to file a complaint that I made a racist comment to her. When HR called and talked to the employee, she admitted I never made the comment and that she was pressured into filing the complaint from the other worker.
Worst part was HR was scared if we fired the worker causing the issues that she would sue us so they wouldn't let us write her up. Thankfully my boss moved her to another department where she was over a team of white college students. One of them recorded her telling them that they were horrible racist, etc, and sent it to HR. She then quit when HR questioned her about it.

My boss already hates him and told HR he was becoming high maintenance.
I gather he is black? You and your boss will be calling him boss in under two years.

I had HR called on me by a new employee. After she was there for about a week I thought I would facebook stalk her bc she was a smoke show. While scrolling on my phone I guess I accidentally pressed the friend request button. She called HR bc apparently she felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Nothing came of it. Turns out she was bat shite crazy on everybody and was let go before a year for basically attention whoring the office.

I have employees send me friend requests on facebook and I just delete them. I had one female engineer ask me why I didn't accept the request and frankly told her that I rarely use facebook and that I keep work and personal life separate . I think she was mystified that it isn't a good idea to be friends with the safety manager when you are taking drinking selfies and going on customer sites the next day and posting them on social media.

Yep.
Hot chick.
She was a contractor.
I found out her group was going to be slashed and suggested she start looking.
I had already asked her not to wear perfume. She dressed like she was going out for the evening.
HR
I was told never to speak to her again.. I didn't
She was cut 3 weeks later.

I've had 3-4 calls to HR placed because of me but the last one was the best. Apparently you can't call a woman "stupid b...." over anything anymore. A guy drove in from Dallas on that one.

So what would have happened if you sneezed on the equipment? Do u have acid snot or something? I doubt a lil spray would hurt anything. You sneezed on another grown man, lucky he didn't knock you out.

I turned my head to not sneeze all over the test set and accidentally hit him.
Well at least you didn't sneeze on the burning cross.

This thread is my go-to answer for a while. Do you know where the guy lives?

But he has had issues with several people. Including me in the past over silly shite. He even accused me of taking a picture of him... Not just once, but twice. Dude is paranoid, thinks everyone is racist, etc.

My first HR experience was being brought into a room and being terminated.
Posted on 3/15/18 at 5:45 am to NATidefan
They probably need to find a reason to get rid of this employee as the employee will be trouble down the road for everyone. Do not help him let him fall on his face and sooner or later he will be get terminated for lack of work.

I thought I was going to be fired about 2 weeks into my job. My biotch supervisor came up and whispered "take your things and go see Jacki (HR VP). I literally had no clue WTF was going on.
Walked into Jacki's office, she told me I was being pulled for a random. I wanted to do some really evil things to my supervisor at the time. She was fired relatively soon after that.
