Had a fricking idiot co-worker call HR on me cause I accidentally sneezed on him. I was leaning over a 260000 dollar exposed electronic test set. Had my hands full swapping out the board I was testing and a sneeze hit me all at once. I turned my head to not sneeze all over the test set and accidentally hit him.

Dude already basically accused me of being racist on his first day cause I didn't hear him while he was trying to interrupte a discussion I was having with another co-worker.

He is completely incompetent and can't do his job without someone holding his hand constantly.

Dear Facebook....

Jesus Christ...How did the HR employee not laugh in his face. What the hell is this world coming to? If I were you I would make his life hell.

Dude is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Good luck with the diversity hire.

Yeah I had a few back in my days. First one was a grand slam. I think I still have the ball.

There are two types of HR employees: Those who believe they are the representatives of the downtrodden employees who need help, and those who actually consider themselves part of management and do their best to help management. Hopefully, you got the latter.

Well I didn't have to go to talk to HR, and my boss told them he knew about it and the guy was becoming an issue. My boss said I was fine.

Good. Every so often, I see situations where the employee is told "everything is fine" only to have HR work around the employee's boss. Sounds, however, like you are good.

Employees like that who report nonsense to HR are the ones that hurt the cause of minority hiring.

The proper HR response was that an inadvertent sneeze has nothing to do with any form of employment discrimination.
