She'll grow out of it once another kid does the same to her.

Yeah I’ve been trying to beat it out of him but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I guess I’m not punching and whipping hard enough.
I’ve swatted her leg once or twice, but never really spanked her, I’d say she’s too young for that but I don’t think it would work anyway. Timeout works much better

Go ahead and get Kayleigh a private UFC trainer. Sounds like she has potential

you jest but my uncle actually trains mma and rolls. Perhaps when she’s older I’ll give her the option to start

You can't discipline a violent child with violence. You have to be more devious.

Next time take her favorite toy and flush it down the toilet.

My 3 yo is well on her way to world domination. She’s super smart and super aggressive. My wife is the exact opposite which makes for some interesting interactions. I have 4 other kids, 2 being daughters and I’ve not experienced this.

For instance, she doesn’t tell you she had a good day at mothers day out, she quantifies her day on whether she was a “bad arse” or not.

Daddy, I wasn’t a bah ash today!

Awesome

My son is 4. We have never spanked him or hit him. We use positive discipline which does have very real consequences. However, he learned hitting and wrestling at school. He is stronger than the other kids and has learned he can absolutely frick them up. It has been a challenge.

She will likely be the star of a table throwing gif in a few years.

That sounds like hyperactivity / ADHD. You won’t really know until the kid gets to 5 or so, but we struggled with the same shite starting at around 3. It wasn’t learned behavior either. We tried every therapy out there and very little helped until we finally got meds. Now the kid behaves much more normal and isn’t constantly causing issues in school.

shite like this is why we need Trump

Back in my day, in my small town, if you had a kid like this, you'd sit em down, buy em a beer, talk to em man to man. Worked every time

2 and just started day care

This is likely the problem. You just up and out her in a strange place with strange people all day, she has no idea why. Did she do something wrong? Is she safe? Why isn’t mommy or daddy here? All things that might be going through a kids head. So of course their behavior is likely to change for the worse.

What meds are you using? We have a 7 yo boy who is very hyper. Wife is strongly against meds. I think it may have to be considered. Really struggling to focus in school. He is adopted , so no background on bio family.
