re: Late winter pre-emergent application: - ronk
It’s a good pre/post. You don’t get pre and post from a lot of herbicides. I like to use it more as a post em for winter grasses (poa and rescue grass). Like you said...make sure that bermuda isn’t greened up. You’ll smoke it!!...

re: Help me with my lawn and reply to me like I'm 5 years old. - ronk
Just my opinion here but if it were my lawn. Verify that you have St Aug (although my suggestions would not change much if it were centipede). If your yard has been damaged and has bare spots I would not put down a pre emergent. Most pre em's effect the root system and I wouldn't want that on str...

re: Late winter pre-emergent application: - ronk
Both are pre em's so don't do two apps of prodiamine and then another app of dimension. Do one and one. It's important to rotate herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides so prevent pest resistance. If you can't remember if you did one do you remember when you would have done it. Just looking f...

re: Late winter pre-emergent application: - ronk
You can put down the dimension. I wouldn't wait until May or June to do an app of prodiamine though. I would do that about 6 weeks after the dimension. ...

Don't put pre em down if you plan to over seed. Some of the seed will take and some won't....

re: Late winter pre-emergent application: - ronk
Use prodiamine this time around. If you plan on double apping it then you can do one in January and one 6 weeks later....

re: Several arrests in the murder of the Nashville Nurse - ronk
What in the dumb frick is this shit? A drug deal gone bad-yes the nurse was driving 65mph on the interstate trying to get the drugs thrown in her car while trying to toss money into his. Accidental discharge-yes, he accidentally discharged 6 bullets directly at her. Did she know them-of course. W...

re: Anyone plant rye this year? - ronk
I did rye this year in my lawn. I don't know if I would do it in St Aug simply because you have to scalp before you seed and I wouldn't scalp St Aug. I cut my bermuda down to a half inch in October and seeded....

re: Aeration and top dressing - ronk
When top dressing it has to be done slowly. If you need an inch and a half to fill then hole then you do it .25-.33 inches at a time. You don't want to suffocate the grass....

re: Bryce Langston SDE or Dtackle? - ronk
That sounds like a terrible description. He is 6'2" and doesn't carry much bad weight at 260lbs but he doesn't have arms and legs. So no arms, no legs but he is 260lbs. He must have abs like keiland had calves....
