A few years back my wife (no pics) and I stayed in a bed & breakfast in Memphis. We drove all the way to the south east corner of Tennessee to horseback ride and they took us to a high up point that allowed you to see 3 or 4 different states from the vantage point. The drive to this small town, I don't recall the name, was breathtaking. The streams flowing over rocks, the hills, fresh air etc etc etc. It was truly Gods country. I didn't want to leave. I've also been to Cades Cove 3 or 4 times and it's a beautiful place as well. I would love to relocate to Tennessee.

Every corner of blissful humanity like this is slowly getting eaten up by trash.

I rememeber when pensacola was nice. Now everyones so desperate to escape the minorities and the violence/trash theyve spread that Jay is building houses as fast as possible.

We were at the spacious, lovely cabin, probably 1500 sf, of one of my buddy's friends. Built it all himself, knotty pine, on 9 acres.

100k. Probably about 5 years ago.

When you hear what he's been quoted offers on it now you'd shite your pants.

Had I come up here long ago, before I'd had so many things and people rooting me back home...I probably would have at the very least considered uprooting

Youre definitely far from home that's for sure

What are you missing you ask?

Lots of diversity and cultcha. We don’t have if here in Appalachia but we also don’t have catch and release goblins setting women on fire.

Way too much orange. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent place to live.

Please tell us more about this new land. It does sound wonderful. Almost too good to be true. Maybe I too will be fortunate enough to go one day.

I feel like you’re an explorer and you’ve see the new world. Now you’re coming back to tell us about it and we just can’t even begin to understand what it might be like.

Where I live, it’s the exact opposite of what you described. It’s like I’ve permanently switched my TV to the National Geographic channel and they all work at Wendy’s.

If you’re from LA, don’t move to TN. They don’t need you trashy people there with you garbage spilling and pollution.
