Drunk Russian Ship Captain Crashes Into Bridge in Korea

So no one on board saw that they were going straight for the bridge and thought to say "hey, comrade...put down the vodka and watch where we're going"?

Something more had to have been going on. You don't run straight at a bridge that you have no shot of clearing at .086 BAC. A true Russian could probably pass a field sobriety test at that level.
