Has this guy been in the Mississippi River recently?

At 41 seconds, it sounds like the asian kid says "What the frick?"

They were probably all drunk, and the Captain was just the only one who hadn't blacked out yet. Really, when you think about it, he's the hero of the story.

They were leaving port, FWIW.
The drivers who could see to their right all of a sudden started slowing down.
I don't see how the ship stopped that fast and shifted into reverse that fast.
Had they tried to avoid the collision they could have hit the bridge sideways and that might have been really catastropic with multiple supports broken.

If you don't want ships run into things, don't give Russians licenses.

I didn't see an on way ramp onto that Bridge and it appears the Russian Captain didn't either.

What a minute.
All he has was an .08?
He was probably was hung over and on the way down when the crash happened

Agreed. you can watch the whitecaps in the wake and see move towards the bow as the ship slowed

(Directed at Captain not OP)
Captain standing at the helm thinking " Yeah we can fit under that."

Something more had to have been going on. You don't run straight at a bridge that you have no shot of clearing at .086 BAC. A true Russian could probably pass a field sobriety test at that level.
Might be some funny Asian math.

Amateur. I’ve driven my ski boat with levels way higher than that
