Been taking Melatonin gummies for about 2 months. Sleep like a baby and no grogginess in the morning.

Same on the gummies. I try not to take them nightly, but they work well. My issue isn’t usually falling asleep, it’s the waking up to
piss part that gets me. Mind starts racing then and I can’t go back to sleep. I’ll even pop a couple of these in the middle of the night if that happens (like last night, woke up at 10:30 and didn’t feel like tossing and turning for hours, so popped a couple gummies and went back to sleep).

Ambien. But it hasn't been without some bizarre side effects.
When I first began taking it I awoke one morning and couldn't find any of my glassware. I found it all in the washing machine, broken to shards. Apparently I'd decided it would be a terrific idea to wash them in there instead of the dishwasher.

For those who take trazadone, can I drink too?
I’m not a big drinker but on the weekends I like to have a few beers

20 mg Melatonin seems to help me.

What time do you go to bed, to where you’re waking up to pee at 10:30? I dont usually even go to bed til well after 10:30.

Do you think there is any chance that you flushed them? It seems like 27 ambien would kill you
You can build up a tolerance quickly.
I ate 15 bars one time because I thought the cops were about to raid the house.
I’ve done a lot of dumb shite and shouldn’t be alive. I’m closing in on 900 days sober from alcohol, and a couple months more than that from drugs.

Did you have a weird period of getting used to it the first week? Online people are saying the first few nights they thought they were gonna die. Lol

My recommendation. Do not take Ambien, unless you want to go through detox to get off of it. Ambien is from the devil.

Second this. And be thankful no one would be stupid enough to take it and then post on the O-T...

I wrapped a brand new car around a light poll on Ambien, I had zero recollection of it, it was as if I was in a zombie type state.

I used to wake up the next morning and find candy wrappers, chip bags, cracker crumbs, etc. in my bed from getting up and binge eating with no recollection. One morning in addition to the food stuff, I also found a gas station receipt from 3 am where I drove and bought a shitload of junk food with no memory of it. That's the last time I took an Ambien
