Melatonin take one some nights. Gets me asleep, no hangover.

Follow up to the guys who take Trazadone, how many MG do you take and do you take it nightly

I started it Monday and so far 50/75mg isn’t effecting me much. Not really making me sleepy.

No, I can’t imagine how them things would make me feel. I took simple OTC sleeping pills before and never will again. Things made me feel like a zombie the first few hours after I woke up.

Already looking to adjust your own dosage?

Seroquel > Trazodone

Ambien knocks you out without warning. No drowsiness.

But it’s definitely habit forming if you have a predisposition for that type of thing....and a cursory review of your posts indicates you are such inclined.
