Heck no, I have trouble just staying up past 9 pm.

I used to take Ambien.
Started abusing it, though.
Decided to up my dosage to three a night, and I took the month’s prescription in one night on two occasions.
The best thing about it is falling out without getting drowsy.
The worst thing is I blacked out those two times and took 27 more.
I woke up and looked for the bottle and found it empty.

5mg melatonin
If I can’t sleep or so tired I know it’ll take awhile to fall asleep I’ll pop about 5.

Lunesta worked a couple times, now does nothing. Dr. gave me a small scrip of Seroquel, knocked me out. I can only take a half a dose, but that does the trick to get 7-8 hrs.

I used to take 10 Benadryl and about 7-10 melatonin on top of 2 swigs of green NyQuil every night. Some nights I’d drink Budweiser after until I blacked out.
I had to stop cause it was causing my arms and hands to shake so bad the next day I could work.
Now most nights I don’t take anything anymore

I'd be as useless as a fart in the wind if I took a middle of the day power nap, but problem is, I could easily do it.
I have no problem sleeping or falling asleep or being sleepy in the day, it's when the night falls that my mind, and to a certain extent my body, is hit with a jolt of energy. My most efficient working times are within the 1st two hours of waking up and the last two hours of the day. It sucks.

I took Ambien a few years ago and it worked great for a couple of days. Then I woke up on the street in front of the house. I was naked except for hiking boots and it was 3 in the morning. Started having indica cookies 2 hrs before bedtime.

It's not a benzo.
Non habit-forming.
You can get physically addicted to Valium.

That’s a very low dose of Valium. The thing about Valium is you’ll develop a tolerance and it won’t work as well
